No SHS School Is of Low Standard

A former Volta Regional Minister and
MP for Afadjato South, Joseph
Amenowode, has urged parents to
disregard the notion that some
Senior High Schools are of low
standard and cannot meet the
expectations of their wards.
He said many schools that are
mistakenly being neglected by some
parents have equally skillful teachers
and better facilities that could
enhance quality teaching and
learning, cautioning that if the
overwhelming pressure on schools
being regarded as high standard is
not effectively managed the situation
could affect their academic output.
Mr Amenowode was speaking at Ve
Golokuati in the Afadjato South
District of the Volta Region at a grand
durbar to climax activities marking
the celebration of this year’s
Dodoleglime Festival by the chiefs
and people of Ve traditional area.
